Awesome site you guys have here. I love that pic thread of people making snow and updating pics with details. Good stuff.

I'm a 23 y/o student digital video film maker. I'm working on my senior thesis. I have a scene that is a cross-section of a battle field that requires snowfall on the ground.

Still in the preliminary stages - have yet to find the land - but lining up my options.

I'm looking for home snow-makers in or around the Portland, OR area, including Oregon or southern Washington. Would be cool to collaborate, see your set-up, work something out to help both parties. I'm currently looking at portability options as the shoot location will likely not have running water or power (which is where a generator comes in and potable water).

I'll continue to lurk and check out the many threads here.

If anyone is interested or knows of anyone that might be.. please contact me via my public profile.

You guys ROCK!

brian

if you know anyone you can borrow a gas pressure washer from you wouldnt need any power for it so it would make the system easyer.
