hello everyone,

i have recently decided that i am interested in designing and building a snowgun. as i was investigating on the net i came across this site. i am a machinist and have access to equipement to build, but am uneducated in the technical details( nozzle designs, water pressure, air pressure, etc....). if anyone has advice for starters, it would be much appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You probably want to start out making a tee gun. there is a lot of information in the tee and wye gun section of this forum. there is also some good information in the frequently asked questions section.

After you get the feel for making snow with a tee gun you can start looking at some other designs that will output more snow.

Welcome to the site. Take a look around and get the feel for some things.

You will definetly want to start with a T gun like SFB said. It well help you on how to regulate nuc and it will teach you the basics. Then from there you can go into more sophisticated projects!
