Welcome, where in NJ are you? I'm Monmouth county on the shore, right near Red Bank and Monmouth Beach/Long Branch. It can be frustrating with the weather that the large salty puddle next door gives us, but there is snow to be had here, good luck. Saying "I'm sorry" is the same as saying "I apologize". Except at a funeral.

Snowmaking Nut, Those pictures are tooooooo big, even for me... and im running 1680 x 1050... A few things on your setup. With that short of tower your probably having alot of bulk falling thats not properly nuc'ed because its too far away from it. I would use a close nipple coming from the inlet T for the water and the middle bulk, so its closer to the nuc. Then a 2" nipple between the middle bulk and top bulk. That should improve nuc mixture and shorten the time it takes for the nuc to reach the top bulk and make drier snow... And you know you need to get rid of the air hose and quick connects...

I'm in south jersey near cherry hill. I recently tried out the t-gun and can't quite get the mixture right.

Thank you Matt, I am very new to getting the photos on and getting a file host like filebucket up and going. I will look into that moving things around. For the most part I do get dry snow but it has to be cold like 22 18f and does not happen much here for me. I'm just happy to get snow. The wind is a big pain for me to can't give it to much air time to freeze or it blowes away. I know the air hose and quick connects are a big no no. At times I do get freeze ups then I hit it with a tourch and am good to go but if it happens much I will do the garden hose set up. Most times I run for only like 3 hours at a time. Thanks for the info.
