Welcome to the forum...
Home snowmaking continues to need Cold weather, at least 28F or lower, compressed air and water(ideally as cold as possible).
To make snow in above freezing conditions will likely need highly specialized equipment, usually involving liquid nitrogen.

Hi friends
I am looking for a snow making system to take it to kids parties to make snow parties.

Does anyone here knows about a portable snow making system to work above 20 C?

thank you

Fausto,
On this forum we have not yet managed to do this. You would need to look at a commercial system and these are going to be in excess of $30000. I chose this number as the super blizzard which requires ambient temps of -2C costs about that. A liquid N system or refrigerated system will be a lot more.

This forum is more about home snowmaking

There are "snow" machines that are used by DJs and night clubs that make this sort of snow like substance made of chemical residue... can't be skiied on or used in the same ways as real snow whatsoever.

There are also "portable" "snow" making machines the size of semi-truck trailers that shred half-ton blocks of ice into "snow" like a giant snow cone maker.

That would probably be your only real option if you want snow that can be used for winter sports. The biggest downfall to these machines is the really large quantities of ice they require, plus you have to be able to make a lot of snow really really fast, otherwise it'll be melting as fast as you make it.
