welcome to the forum travis. there are a lot of people making huge amounts of snow, mostly in the north. browse through the photo albums and the woohoo threads and you'll see what i mean.

i'm in the south. it got to 68 today and melted every bit of my snow.

I live in south western NH, The keene area. The track won't be to long. Just something to go out and play on. I figured I would need A couple snow guns to cover it. I was also wondering if you can build a fan gun without an air compressor. I was going to try to design one with a gas motor. I figured a gas motor with a high degree fan would push a lot of air. I am thinking of making one out of a 55 gallon drum. Any thoughts? or suggestions.

you cant make any snow gun on here with out a compressor. people have tried but no one has succesfully made a snow gun with no air compressor. even a fan gun has a nucleating nozzle below it wich is usually a small tee gun or somthing similar.
