Hey Everyone, I'm new to this snow making addiction. I have been reading a lot on the different forums and I think I have learned enough to get myself in trouble. I work for a pressure washer supply store in Richmond called Pressure Works and as a result I have a lot of parts available and therefore the problem.... I built a pressure washer for snow making that will put out a conservative 9.0GPM@1000PSI. I have built a hago gun and I am unable to figure out if I need a lot of smaller bulk nozzles or a few larger ones. My hago nozzle is a 3.5GPH. Can anyone help or direct me to somewhere on the site? Thanks for any help in advance. Great site!!! Let me know if I can be of any assistance to anyone else.

Glad to have you hear man.

Sounds you have made your self the DREAM pump!!!

3.5 gph for your hago nozzle is perfect

With that big a pump you wont be able to run full bore all the time, only when its very cold. I recomend you out all you nozzles on quick connect so you can run as small as 2 4002 nozzles in marginal temps and just turn the unloader down, but then possible up to 2 4010's when its under 15 wb.

But for more helps were gonna wanna see some pictures of your entire setup. Thumbs up

Thanks Jimmy, that helps a ton. I am hoping to try it tonight and tomorrow. Our snow making conditions have been extremely poor ever since I started working on this, but this weekend looks promising. I will try to post some pics of my setup. Computer stuff is one of my weak areas, but I can probably figure it out. Thanks again!!!

When temps are low I'd run 4 4005's or 5 4004's instead of two 4010's to reduce droplet size. That'll raise operating temp a little and make better snow by reducing droplet size.
